Reorganise
When our job position is reorganised, the best is to perceive it from a positive perspective. This indicates that the organisation is continually developing and in the process of reforming; otherwise, we may view it from our personal perspective, and feel we are unfairly treated and unvalued in all aspects. The result of such a perception is that we would harbour a grievance and be unhappy.
