Practice From The Heart (3)
01
The disposition of practitioners is harmonizing inwardly. Regardless of favorable or unfavorable situations, praises or reproaches, these are external circumstances which are like continuously pouring rain. We do not have the means to completely eliminate or eradicate external circumstances. To do it with perfection is by reconciling heart and mind; all is done through harmonizing inwardly.
02
If we act on bodhicitta, all that we think and all that we do, regardless of producing results or otherwise, being appreciated or disliked, being successful or unsuccessful, all these processes are merits to attain Buddhahood. Once this idea is imprinted in your mind, you will aim high, and will not care too much over trivial matters.
03
When we come across the teachings of Mahayana Buddhism, and learn the essence of cultivation from teachers, we would then gain a life of leisure and opportunity.
