A “Buddha Bowl” is just a fun name for a colourful bowl, typically composed of healthy, plant-based ingredients like vegetables, grains, beans and nuts. Just like Buddha’s teachings which provide a vast option to enrich human life. In his teachings, he shows us many practical techniques to help ourselves to overcome difficulties, he also has a way that will end the suffering and attain the ultimate happiness. In this series, the speakers will share some techniques that is simple to apply in daily life and appreciate the goodness.
