In preparation for our upcoming BWM Fiesta event next month, our team met up with the officers from People's Association (Sembawang GRC) this afternoon at our monastery. We gave them a quick background of BWM's approach to be a community monastery and introduced to them our BWM Fiesta event.

As one of the objectives of the event is to foster social cohesion and harmony among the different races, we hope that PA could render their help in bringing on board the different ethnic and interest groups to BWM Fiesta. The very experienced officers upon hearing our presentation were quick to highlight different ways to cooperate with us to pull this event off. They were also very helpful in suggesting activities that could enhance our event.

Overall, we are hopeful that this is a great start to our working relationship with PA in bringing more meaningful community events to the residents.
