By understanding the good qualities of the Three Jewels, we will not waste our human life with meaningless activities that don’t benefit our current and future lives. We will use every moment of our human life to pay respects to the Three Jewels, praise the Buddha, and learn deeply to emulate their good qualities. Pure faith will naturally arise in us. Then when we make a prostration, our body, speech and mind will be in unison in paying respects. We will then accumulate unfathomable merits!
