Always A Step Forward
Whenever i get very affected by something that happened and the mind keeps thinking about it. Observe: is there a persistent feeling of unhappiness, where we feel stressed over it?
At this point, our emotions would have clouded our views, and it would be tough to respond positively. Be aware of our current state, recite any buddha’s name or mantra with the heart to rely on them and seek for their guidance.
No matter how hard the situation may get, learn the dharma to broaden our perspectives, and you will always be able to make a constructive step forward.
