业果 : 别小看搅烦恼

业的增长广大。这一点不要小看哦！平常我们一点小小的事情就摆在脑筋里面，成天上晚地去想那件事情，这个恶业的增长广大。所以我要告诉你们要思惟呀，碰到一点小小的事情就摆在那里，对不起！你老在那个地方的话，那个都是你的地狱业，你什么时候放不下，什么时候就在那个地方。反过来的话，你如果一天到晚想那个的话，那个就是好，造的善业，增长广大。你们有空好好地去看看那些《贤愚因缘经》、《杂宝藏经》、《百业经》，说得清清楚楚，太多这种类似的公案，上面说得太多的，我也不能一一告诉你们，你们自己去看。

【 Karma】- Do not underestimate the stirring of afflictions

The magnification of karma. Don't underestimate this point! Normally when we come across something very small, we would keep it in our minds, we keep thinking about it all day and night. This is magnification of bad karma. That's why I want to tell you to contemplate. If there is a little something that you keep brooding over, sorry! If you keep at it, those are all your karma of hell. Whenever you cannot let it go, that is when you are there [e.g. brooding over that something with afflictions]. Conversely, if you keep thinking of that day and night [i.e. virtuous teachings], that is good, the virtuous karma created magnifies. When you have free time, you want to really read those Sutra of the Wise and the Foolish, Miscellaneous Treasures Sutra and Hundred Actions Sutra, they all said this very clearly. There are too many of such similar cases, there are so many listed. I wouldn’t be able to tell you one by one, you can read it for yourself.
