善知识说:“选择去帮助别人吧!"

当你不快乐的时候,你会做什么?善知识说:“选择去帮助别人吧!"

当我的心浸泡在被伤害、被弃舍的痛苦、绝望苦汁里,行善绝不可能是我的选择,甚至还会在忧悲苦恼左右下,树敌无数!这样的生命苦上加苦,永无出期。

那么,换上智者的方法,把别人放在第一位,学习佛菩萨利他精神,即使在苦痛搅扰中,坚持用上观功念恩的理路,对他人释放善意、感恩、理解,那么如月亮般皎洁纯净的慈悲心将汩流而出!

Let the heart of compassion glows into the night just like moonlight

OMAK is a mind-stream, like every river has many tributaries, which eventually stream to form the sea. By placing others’ interest first, we will experience inner peace, which eventually generate joy for both self and others, just like the Bodhisattva’s spirit. 

This spirit of compassion starts with OMAK. As we practise from our heart; being sensitive to others; avoid putting the blame on others, we will win many friends. Any family discord which may unknowingly leads to war can reach a peaceful resolution if OMAK is coupled with our action. This means the ability to think ourselves into another person’s shoes is a powerful skill to develop compassion.

“If we can help the situation, why not be happy, if we cannot why should we worry.”

Use the above quote to guide our life. Help others, even if we start small. 

Practice wisdom and discover the beauty of compassion as stated in the Lamrim. 

Put others first, our interest last. This will guarantee a happy karmic fruit.
